Our Story
Empathx is focused on bringing equitable access to modern care and improving the quality of life for our communities.
Looking for solutions to industry challenges, our CEO, Dustin Owen, identified gaps in the delivery of key therapeutic areas and indications. Having previously run the largest clinical site network globally, he realized there are major gaps in delivery and a need for something different in Metabolic, Nephrology, CNS, and Psychiatry indications specifically.
We started with established sites, experienced principal investigators, and known industry leaders, then expanded with the above TAs in mind through acquisition and greenfield development. Our mix of imbedded sites within treating physician practices and dedicated research facilities supports underserved communities and delivers life-changing and lifesaving therapies where they provide the greatest impact.
